I started learning about and using film a year ago! You were one of the main resources I used while learning! Still have much to learn and I just took the leap from point and shoot cameras to my very first Cannon AE-1! Currently working my way through my 2nd (really my 1st) roll of film with that camera and I've been using everything I learned in the 101 class! I can't wait for the results!
Love this!! I got a film camera a few years ago and I’m loving it :) it’s so fun to wait for the pictures to develop and be surprised by what turns out!
Love ♡ I started shooting film (more seriously) in 2018, and I cherish every roll (even the first attempts that were tragically over/under exposed). I'm excited to follow along for your galleries.
Also obsessed with film photography. Made the switch about four years ago. I've tried digital a couple of times since but don't get any enjoyment from it. I don't feel connected to the images. I think because there's so many opportunities to mess film up and the process takes so long, it makes the photos feel more like 'mine'.
Thanks for sharing. After having my daughter I took a pause in my creative career and I picked up a film camera for my birthday with the intention of turning my eyes off of her and back into the world. It has been so rewarding. I love seeing how I’ve progressed in the last few months. The intentionality has been a dream.

WOW - thanks for sharing the side-by-side comparison. Your more recent work has so much more life in it.
